The Building Services Group provides custodial services for academic and administrative buildings and Integrated Solid Waste (trash and recycling) services campus-wide.
Special Events helps schedule and reserve non-academic activities or events on campus.

Development & Training and Computer Services
The Development/Training Office is responsible for informing the Facilities Management Department of education opportunities, monitors on site safety, return to work issues, the University Safety Committee, and monitors the Colorado Pay for Performance effort for the department.
Design and Construction
Design and Construction Services provides architectural, interior and engineering design services; construction management; and project estimating. Any physical changes to property owned or leased by the University must be performed by or in cooperation with Facilities Management. Bidding or contracting work done by an outside contractor also requires prior Facilities management review and approval.
Finance/Personnel and Transportation
Finance and Personnel provides accounting and personnel support services to the Facilities Management divisions and to campus customers. This section maintains the department's payroll records, personnel files and leave records and prepares personnel action sheets. It coordinates hiring/resignations of hourly and state classified employees. Personnel also reports Worker's Compensation information and serves as a department point of contact for personnel and benefit information.
Transportation Services provides vehicle rental and leasing, passenger bus service, and full service maintenance and repair shop.
Landscape Design and Outdoor Services
The Facilities Management Landscape Architect and the Grounds Maintenance Department are dedicated to the designing and providing a safe, functional and aesthetically-pleasing exterior environment for the students, faculty, staff and visitors to the University.
Operations provides services for the operations and maintenance of all buildings, structures, and infrastructure located on the Main Campus, South Campus, and Foothills Campus. Operations also does maintenance work for auxiliaries on campus when authorized personnel submit a work request through the Customer Services Center.
Procurement and contract management responsibility is provided for all utilities, including electric, natural gas, water and sewer.
Planning and Data & Information Systems
Planning oversees the physical development of the CSU campuses. The section manages the Campus Master and Long-Range Planning, Ten-Year Physical Development Plan, Project Program Plans, Space Assignment, GIS Lands and Utilities Database, Building Inventory and Space Survey.
