Remodel & Construction Services Section
What We Do

Engineering Research Center - Front Lobby Remodel
The scope of this project is to expand the front and the back of the ERC front lobby so that it may be used as a reception area for visitors to the building.
Engineering Research Center - Hallways
These labs were renovated from the outdated labs that were from the construction of the building. The intention was to create a space for labs from the Main Campus to move to, some permanently, some just for the time that their labs on the Main Campus were being redone.
CDC Swing Space Lab
These labs were renovated from the outdated labs that were from the construction of the building. The intention was to create a space for labs from the Main Campus to move to, some permanently, some just for the time that their labs on the Main Campus were being redone.
Microbiology Fourth Floor Remodel
This project consisted of a remodel in the fourth floor of the Microbiology building. These two rooms have made a drastic change in use as you will see the smaller room was grossly inadequate and the new larger lab was expanded from two antiquated rooms. Both rooms are of greater use and will be a better place for research.
Eddy Hall Classroom Upgrades
Eddy Hall, built in 1963, is home to English, Philosophy, Foreign Languages, Literature, and Communication Studies on the CSU main campus. With the majority of general assignment classrooms in the building being outdated, UFFAB funded money to update these rooms.
Howes Second Floor Remodel
The CSU Human Resources department located on the 2nd floor of 555 Howes recently underwent a facelift in order to create a welcoming and unified office environment not only for the customers, but the employees of the department as well.
